Marketplace Fees
What Lovelike charges, and what it charges today.
The Lovelike Shop Marketplace is not open yet. No listing fee and no transaction fee is charged today, because no marketplace transaction can be completed. The fees below are the ones that apply now.
What applies today
Campaigns are the only commerce that operates on Lovelike today.
When a brand funds a campaign, it pays the Campaign Budget plus a separate 15% Platform Fee, calculated on the budget and charged in addition to it. The budget itself is split between the two sides:
| Share of the Campaign Budget | |
|---|---|
| Love Creator payout | 85% |
| Platform Commission | 15% |
Lovelike's total revenue on that campaign is the 15% Platform Commission plus the 15% Platform Fee — 30% of the Campaign Budget.
A referral commission is paid out of Lovelike's own share, never out of the creator's 85%. If the brand was referred, the referrer receives 9% of the Net Campaign Value and Lovelike retains the remaining 21%; if it was not referred, Lovelike retains the full 30%. Only one referrer commission applies per campaign, and referring a creator does not generate one.
The Platform Fee and the Platform Commission are retained by Lovelike and are never refundable, adjustable or chargeback-able.
Marketplace listing and transaction fees
These fees are described in Section 6.3 of the Terms of Service, but they are not in force. The Marketplace is a Planned Feature: it activates only when Lovelike announces it, and until then no listing is live and no marketplace transaction can be completed.
When the Marketplace activates, the full schedule will be published on this page before the first charge is made, and it will state:
- Basic listings — free up to a stated number of active listings per month
- Premium listings — enhanced visibility and features, with the fee shown
- Promoted listings — paid promotion in search results and feeds
- Standard commission — a percentage of the transaction value, being the product price plus shipping
- A discounted commission for high-volume sellers
- A commission on digital products
- A commission on subscription revenue
No figure is published here in advance because none has been set. This page is the place where the schedule appears when it does.
How the fees are paid
Lovelike is not the payment processor. Payments run through Stripe Connect: partners and creators are paid out of the funds Stripe holds, and processing fees are deducted separately, before any revenue share is calculated.
Where the rules are
The fee structure for campaigns is set out in Annex IV and the obligations of every user are set out in the Terms of Service. If this page and those documents ever disagree, those documents are the contract and this page is the summary — tell us at support@lovelike.app and we will fix it.
