Transparency Report
What we are required to disclose, and when we publish it.
Our commitment
Lovelike publishes a transparency report every year. It is the account we owe our users and the public: what we were legally required to hand over, what we challenged, and what came of it. The commitment is set out in Section 26 of the Terms of Service and in the Privacy Policy.
What is reported
Each report covers, as applicable:
- The number of government requests for user data received, including FISA orders, reported in the ranges the law permits
- The number of legal process requests Lovelike challenged in court, and the outcome of each challenge
- The number of legal challenges brought against Lovelike, and their outcomes
- Counts of accounts affected, reported in ranges where the law requires it
Some information is redacted or reported in ranges rather than exact numbers where the law requires it — for example, National Security Letter gag orders and FISA reporting restrictions.
When it is published
The reporting period is the calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December. The report is published within 90 days of the end of that year — by 31 March of the following year. This page is where every report lives, year after year.
The current report
The report for calendar year 2026 will be published on this page by 31 March 2027.
Until then there are no figures to read here. Lovelike does not publish a report early, does not publish a partial one, and does not restate one that has already been published here.
